The campaign for Fresno State is focusing on the highest impact projects to spark economic growth in Central California.

The university will expand its Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship with more student scholarships, student venture funds and an enhanced entrepreneur-in-residence program. The campaign will expand the university’s programs in information technology and logistics. Fresno State plans to leverage its nationally recognized expertise in entrepreneurship and new business creation to fuel Central California’s growing economy.

Fresno State is dedicated to conducting applied research that can improve the region. Our engineering faculty develops real-world ways to reduce air pollution. Our agriculture faculty helps farmers and ranchers reduce water use through more efficient water technologies. Now, with greater investment by major corporations in the region, Fresno State’s practical research is being put to greater use in new ways.
