The California State University, Fresno Foundation is a private, non-profit organization that is an auxiliary corporation for the university. The foundation, which is overseen by a volunteer board of governors, manages the financial responsibilities for university grants, contracts, trust accounts, investments, endowments, scholarships, loans, gifts and donations.
Foundation board of governors members attend regular meetings and in addition, serve on committees which include the Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Budget Committee, Development Committee, Investment Committee and the Membership Committee.
